When are you going during Free Dining?

So what week are you going for the free dining offer?
Pick the dates that encompass the most of your vacation dates.

Example: My dates are Sept. 11 - 18 so I would pick the third one down (Sept. 9 -15)

I really have no idea how your current reservation is set up, but have you considered making your reservation so that it is really 2: one from 8/19-8/25, and another from 8/26-8/31? You would be able to get free dining for the 2nd portion of your trip. Of course, if you already have a good price, you may be better off with your current reservation. Just a thought.

We arrive on 8/25 and leave 9/2. We booked two separate reservations so that we could get the free dining 8/26-9/2

We're going Aug 26 - Aug 31. We rented DVC points so we can't get the free dining. We saved over $1000 on the room and the dining is under $800. So we are still over $200 ahead of the new offer from Disney.

I'm not going during that particular time period, but we have free dining for our whole trip due to the special offer if you stayed in Nov/Dec last year. We decided to take advantage and booked it.

Hey Sherri, if you do change to the split ressie suggested here to take advantage of the free dining, you don't have to change any of your ADR's - they will ask when you arrive at the restaurant if you are on the DDP. Unless you got some other great deal, it's worth the split ressie for the free dining!

We're not going to make another trip down this year, so we'll miss the offer this time.

We ARE planning a trip for next September, however, so hope that this plan will continue to be offered yearly.

Weare going Sept. 22-Oct. 2. 2 nights at my sisters and one night @ Nick hotel. We also traded in to the DVC(2 bdrm OKW) so our room is pretty much free. Dining will cost us $1061.

Sadly I won't be going during that time. If it had been offered just a little bit earlier in August I was going to make a case for going to Disney instead of our other summer vacation plans, however I work in education and school starts back up on the 28th. Oh well. Definitely going next August, so I guess that'll have to do

We are not going to arrive until 9/25, so we miss the free offer by 3 days! Oh well, we have purchased the Dining Plan anyway, and have some great ADR's (including Castle), so we are very pleased with our choices!!

US TOO!!! We're planning on arriving that evening (my DH's birthday) and heading back the evening of the 29th - so we'll have a day to SLEEP before heading back to school and work.

We were going to go later on in the offer but have to go earlier because Pop is sold out for the later dates. I don't really like AK so there is no point in staying at the All Stars.
