2008 Fee Rates on DVC Properties?

Anybody give specific information on what the maintenance fees are at the DVC properties? We're thinking about buying and want some firm info on what the going rate is. Also, how do this year's rates compare to the last few years?

2008 Fees will not be available till later this year, 2007 Fees follow:

Annual dues, per point, for 2007 at each resort are as follows:

Beach Club Villas - $4.63
BoardWalk Villas - $4.85
Wilderness Lodge Villas - $4.72
Hilton Head - $4.98
Old Key West - $4.39
Saratoga Springs - $4.12
Vero Beach - $5.62
