Hey gang!

For any of you who watch "The Dog Whisperer", I have a question: Does anyone know what the"Illusion Collar" (that Cesar and his wife designed) looks like? They always advertise it at the end of the show, but even on their website there are no explanations of why it helps with walks. Does anyone out there know how it's supposed to help with walking dogs?
