 Goofy is 75
Does anyone know if Disney is celebrating Goofy's birthday. He was introduced in 1932 and 2007 is his 75th birthday. As you can tell from my username I am a big Goofy fan and we are leaving in 7 and a half days!!!! I guess I will have to sing "Happy Birthday" to him!!!!!

They have no plans to do any birthday celebrating untill WDW turns 50.

75, wow, I have to talk to that dog about his secrets to aging, he doesn't look a day over 25!!
Seriously, if they were going to do something serious this year they would already have announced it. As for Mickey being 80 next year, that could still happen but I would look for at least teaser announcments by the fall of this year if that is going to happen. Of course, that is all based on what they have done in the past, anything can change.

Goofy's turning 75?! Wow, for 75, that dog's looking pretty darn good. Must be all that laughter and playing golf!! Happy Birthday, Goof! God bless and Happy Easter!!

A collectors event was held at the Disney-MGM Studios on his actual 75th Birthday Weekend to celebrate the milestone.

Beyond that, I wouldn't expect anything more.

you mean my favorite character is old, NOOOOOOOOOOO. He is aging really good, wish i could say the same for others, Donald, nah just joking.
