Default Just Questions...Hoppin' Down the Funny Trail.

Whoa! Who left boiled eggs all over the runway? Sorry about the veering folks, didn't want to crush any of those pretty Easter eggs.

Vera, cleanup at seats 6 and 6A! Was anybody besides Nat and Scott having coffee when we landed? We have some complimentary DDPTs (Drummerboy Discount Paper Towels) available. Just fill out these simple requesition forms.

Okay. Hope everybody has a wonderful weekend, and as usual, thanks for flying DDA.

    Cool

Oh boy what a landing that one was Ken, if I had coffee this flight it would have been all over me and the person sitting next to me (who was sleeping). Anyone have any spare coffee to loan to me? I seem to have run out sometime this past week of the caffeine stuff. Oopsies

Hey....what happened? The last thing I remember, I was in a lonely little hotel room in Charlotte. I had this crazy dream that my house had a wand attached to it and this big jello mold of the Black Pearl was in my front yard. I came back and here we are in a new thread. Was it all just a dream?

Scott, happy Bday to your wife!

I think I'm going to bake cookies this weekend. I bought a bunch of spring-colored mugs today at Starbucks and am making "mug baskets" for some of my favorite people around here (like the main members of my medical team and support staff). Plus I'd like to leave a tray of cookies at the desk of the treatment floor and on the floor at the hospital where I've had most of my stays. Anyone have a good recipe??? Does the cooking wench have anything good cookie recipes?

Sorry Ellen, no cookie recipes. But I do have an OUT OF THIS WORLD cake recipe! I have the Easter Bunny cake pan from Williams Sonoma, the 3D one where the bunny stands up, and I will be making this next week!

    Chocolate Chip Pudding Cake:
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 inst. choc. pudding
    1 inst. vanilla pudding
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup veg. oil
    1 1/2 cups water
1 12 oz bag choc. chips

Mix all together, pour into cake pan (preferably Bundt) that has been sprayed and dusted with cocoa powder. Bake 1 hour at 350.

Who would like a bunny cake for Easter? I will take orders until Wednesday. The charge will only consist of the cost of ingredients and the plane ticket to get me to your place!

Well there you go, thinking inside the box again. They should pay for the plane ticket for you to meet them at WDW to get the cake. Do you need a refresher course, grasshopper?

Christine, while I very much appreciated the rain that the nasty storms brought, I'm more than happy that they are moving away from here. Good luck weathering the storms!

Hubby is going to Austin tomorrow for a funeral and won't be back until Sunday evening. What should I do with all my free time?

My DH is still in San Antonio. If DD didn't have a soccer game tomorrow, I would drive up and we could go to Stonebriar Centre!

Maybe you could go treat yourself to a manicure and pedicure and take in a girlie movie??

That was some landing! I don't have any cookie recipies but I do have a muffin one if that is any help? No husband at home? If you lived in Stepford I would say spend the whole time cleaning the house and doing the gardening. As you don't I would say have fun and pamper yourself!

Spoken like a true Alan Titchmarsh!

Do you need a recipe for making cookies disappear?

Well, since DW is off grandbaby-ing, I was going to say we could all get together and hit the town, but I think I'll pass now. I just clipped my nails yesterday.

Anybody else having wonderful spring weather?

Tornado watches/warnings, flash flood, winds knocking down power lines and tree limbs...pretty typical Texas spring!

Rhonda, I just realized...if the weather clears up, it is Canton weekend!!! I may go tomorrow after early church!

Who wants a cinnamon roll??? (Or at least the outsides? My daughter eats all the middles!!)

Did you know that I am the Chocolate Chip Cookie Mama? When Harry was little and we took him shopping, we would ask "What kind of cookies would you like for a treat?" He would go over and pick up a bag of flour...... I will PM you the secret recipe.

Great Flight Ken! My luggage seems to have gone astray, however. Is there someone who can help me out?

I hope you Texans keep safe -- that's some crazy weather you are having! We have typical bright sunshine and moderate temperatures....quite lovely.
I'll eat the outsides of the cinnamon roll Christine! I am not much for the soft insides......DD and I could be quite the team, eh?
Gotta go shopping now....Happy day everyone!

That would be Frankie. Do you want me to have him send you the requisition packet? I will only take a few days to fill out the forms and then he'll get right on it.

You mean I am stuck wearing this red valour top and green polka dot pants until then? Anyone have a jacket I can borrow?

[Wondering to self why she had on red velour and green polka dots to begin with] Will this purple plaid jacket be OK?
