It was metal last year. I did their Puppy Run too and that one was metal as well so I assume this one will be. The shirts were a very nice quality too.

I did this virtual race last year. The group that runs it is great and the swag is a very nice quality. Last year it did sell out so if you are interested sign up early. I'll be signing up this week....
