I was able to check out Inside Out's Splash Mountain ride for the first time yesterday evening. You guys did an amazing job! Some of the rooms and rides are pretty wild. Looking...

Glad to hear it has reopened. I'll miss the ice tunnel. I've got a great pic of my nephew helping a CM shovel snow. It was just such a neat idea.
One thing you didn't address ... do they still...

graemlins/nono.gif The real question, the eternally unanswered question, is:
Which came first? The Chicken or the Egg?
Maybe those folks from Atlanta know?

Gotta love this thread. I like the idea of a thread of the year nomination. Hey, there's an idea. It would be fun to see, after the first of the year, a sort of Intercot Highlights of 2005.

Just wanted to chime in on Mears. I've used them a number of times and while I found them pretty good overall, like the others I wasn't crazy about the wait. Well this past March I was very...

True the price is the same. But if you book everything yourself, you have to do all the research, price it all out and compare ticket options, watch for discounts etc. ... all of which is time...

Forced withdrawal is not effective, it only leads to frustration and anxiety. As you are already aware a person first must possess the desire to quit for it to be successful. The more smokers get...

Sounds reasonable to me too. I would have been greatly surprised to hear otherwise. I don't think you can even smoke in the airports anymore, so I shouldn't think not carrying a lighter on you would...

I was so thrilled to have Luke and Lorelie getting back together. I'm really glad the writers didn't make us wait too long for their reunion. Her mom is a piece of work - as if they're being back...
-
The way it was left, Luke looked a bit like he was having second thoughts about breaking up. Like maybe he might have been regretting what he'd said. So I still have some hope. I agree that...

Another fan here. I like that the parents are back together. I didn't like the clip of next week's show - I hope, I really really hope its not the end of Luke and Lorelei. Sometimes those teasers...

Travelers checks are safest. Are you staying onsite? If so you can avoid carrying a lot of money around w/ you. Your room keycard can also be used to make purchases pretty much anywere w/in WDW. ...

Interesting topic.
Romance has always been a common theme thru the ages so I don't criticize Disney for continuing its boy meets girl storylines.
I also don't feel that the early Disney...

If your sole aim in going to WDW is to spend all your time in the parks, save the $$ and go with a value. There's nothing really wrong with them - just fewer amenities and smaller rooms.
But if...

Ummm. About the difference between the Ritz-Carlton and a Motel 6. Both give you what you really need, but the Ritz just gives you more - more ambience, more dining options, more relaxing...

So many good responses already posted, I may be repeating a little, but here's my 2 cents.
First thing when you enter Epcot pick up a times guide. You'll find them wherever they have the maps. ...

Yes. I've done this. I give them my credit card but I also put down a cash deposit. Your room key then works like a debit card until you run thru the cash amount, at which point charges will then...

Yes, it is really handy!! Another bit of info - if you don't like coming home to a hefty credit card bill, you can also put a cash deposit down to draw from when you use your room key.

Oh!! I remember your original post, but only now checked back. I have no idea what happened to April, but I'm so glad I checked in. I'm all teary eyed here. That's so beautiful. Congratulations!

I'd say DTD. You could get a PS for that evening at Rainforest Cafe and just browse around afterwards. Its really nice to just walk around the Marketplace at night w/ everything lit up. I think...

At Epcot pick up a times guide when you enter the park. It'll let you know when various entertainments are scheduled. A great way to take a break is to find a seat and enjoy to 20 min or so sets.

Welcome to Intercot!!!!
And congratulations on your upcoming trip. I think you'll love POR. The atmosphere is low key and casual and there's lots of stuff to do right on the grounds. The kids...

Two great tips that helped a lot on my last trip:
FastPass (its not like its a secret, but its surprising how many people don't know about it or know how it works)
When you encounter long...
