If you are staying at a hotel you can just ask the front desk if they can print one out for you. When I stayed at the Grand Californian they were very helpfull and printed a few out for me. Hope...

It worked fine in my Epcot room. I got 5000 credits. Someone else tryed it in the Dungeon and they got nothing. So it doesn't matter where you use it, sometimes it just doesn't work.
