Ditto!
Also, the mansions aren't really all that far from the main building either. We used to think that, but they're really quite close.
Another great thing is that POR (and FQ) are very...

Hmm. That's too bad. We've been (but not in a long time) and found the Cap'n to be great.
Hey, maybe Coral Reef would be a better choice for a family. Frankly, I think CR is a pale imitation of...

Might I also suggest the River Roost at Port Orleans Riverside.
"Playing at the River Roost Lounge on Wednesday through Saturday evenings from 8:30pm until midnight is the famed “Ye Haa” Bob...

As you can see from my signature, we LOVE POR. We're also big fans of the Bayou, but last trip we stayed in one of the mansions.
I still like the convenient locations of the Bayous (to the main...

If your kids LOVE seafood, then it would be worthwhile. We personally love Fultons, but with four little kids, especially if they're picky eaters, that might not be a wise choice. Cap'n Jacks might...

Yachtsmen is actually walking distance from EPCOT. Just walk exit the park at the International Gateway (to the right, between UK and France), and walk about 5 minutes along the path. You'll really...

Yes, Yachtsmen. It has great steaks, and it is walking distance from EPCOT. A very worth alternative to Le Cellier.

It's called the Tune-in Lounge. It's situated between 50s Primetime and Hollywood & Vine.
A sampling of their bar list is:
Dad's Classic Cocktails - Choose from Cosmopolitan, Classic Martini,...

It's supposedly the President's favorite brewery.

As many people have said already, a Beers of the World tour of Epcot can be quite nice (just remember to pace yourselves ;)).
Raglan Road is a great place for beers, as is Big River (nice micro...

Good question!
MK - Liberty Tree (dinner)
Crystal Palace (breakfast)
EPCOT - Le Cellier (if you can get in!)
AK - Yak & Yeti
DHS - SciFi Dine-In (lunch)

What a tough question!
I don't want to choose, but if I must: Tomorrowland is it.

We LOVE POR!:mickey::number1:
My recommendations for buildings for you to be in (for a combination of proximity to bus service, and proximity to the Main building (with it's food court,...

This must be why I haven't had a bad cup of coffee at WDW: I don't buy coffee from the CS. I only ge it at the specialty places, the TS restaurants, and the specialty carts.
And yes, the...

The peanut butter cookie at Main Street Bakery (MK) is the best peanut butter cookie on the planet.:cloud9:
"Magical mom", do you mean the Beavertails? It's a treat from Southern Ontario in...

Yachtsman is the alternative we've gone to, and we definitely have not regretted it. It's actually an even better restaurant, and is very easy to walk to from EPCOT.:mickey::thumbsup:

It is really nice, and the food is really good. I'm not sure if it's worth 2 credits, though. I guess it depends on what other 2 credit meals you might be looking at.

The three best buildings are 14, 15 & 18 in terms of proximity to the buses, and the Main building. The best location for the Mansions (which are quite nice) is #80 (Acadian house), because it's...

I must be lucky, or I'm only buying at the specialty stands, but I love Disney's coffee (and I'm pretty picky about my coffee).
Starring Rolls at DHS is a stand-out.
The coffee stand in AK (on...

We park at other resorts (Boardwalk, Saratoga and Wilderness Lodge), and we drive to Golf, Minigolf, and (sometimes Downtown Disney), but we never drive to the actual parks: the Disney Transport is...
-
We ate there about six years ago. The offerings are somewhat limited, but (at the time) they were good.
Food isn't the primary reason to visit BRG&BW, however. It offers excellent...

Some nice choices there, Melroses's is the only one that is disliked by many.
I like SciFi, but it is roadhouse fare that has a theme-ing I enjoy. (Also, people either love or hate the seating...
