Like everyone else, there is no way to just say one place. Overall our favorite is The Garden Grill because we love the food, the atmosphere, the character interaction, all-u-can-eat, and the memories of eating there in the 1980's with my family. But Ohana during Wishes is very special, Jiko is excellent, we honeymooned at San Angel Inn, and we love The Coral Reef's menu.
Honorable mention to Boma, LeChefsdeFrance, Yak and Yeti, LeCellier, Biergarten.......and pretty much every other Dining option in WDW!!!
My first home is in Coastal Georgia, 30 feet from the saltwater marsh, and 3.5 hours from WDW!My second home is the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort!CR,Poly,GF,BC,BW,WL,AKL,Dolphin,Swan,DL,CSR,POFQ,C BR,POP,AS,Vero.

I'm glad to see Artist Point getting some love. It often seems overlooked (not that I'm complaining). So, my choices would be Artist Point for dinner, Brown Derby for lunch/dinner, and Grand Floridian Cafe and Kona for breakfast.

Best overall meal for my family is Ohana's. It's a must do on every trip, and is almost always the best meal of the trip. I don't think we've had a single trip without eating at Ohana's, unless it was one of our first few trips before we found it!
One of the best overall meal experiences we've had was a date night with just DH and I at Cali Grill. The food was amazing, and watching the fireworks from the balcony after was the perfect way to end such a wonderful meal.

Chef Mickeys is always our must do - we usually have "free" dining - but even without it, I'd pay out of pocket for that one. We aren't usually TS people without free dining, but I wouldn't miss Chef Mickeys.

Our last night at WDW tradition is to eat at the CA Grill. My husband's favorite restaurant is Artists' Point, so that has been a "must do" for our last 2 trips.
I think that our most unique dining experience was DS/DH's birthday dinner at Sanaa. We were lucky enough to be seated in the main dining room where we could see the animals. We got a table one row back from the windows. And they have a very unique birthday song that they sing as they parade around the restaurant.

For great Disney food and crazy fun, I love 'Ohana located at the Polynesian Resort.

WHOA - miss some time on intercot, you miss a lot. I had NO IDEA that Le Cellier went up to 2 credits. That stinks!(I understand it, I guess - but it still stinks!!)
Actually, I don't know if anyone else even likes it much, but we ADORED Yak & Yeti in Animal Kingdom (near Kali River Rapids). My family and I still drool thinking about the Kobe beef hamburgers and grilled pineapple skewers on vanilla ice cream. We loved the "feel" of the place, too; you could almost believe you were in Indonesia or some such place...
