I can't believe we're gonna be there for both Dan Zanes (and friends) and

-Dream “Job” for a Day-
After nearly 1 million votes, America is sending 25 of their favorite Dream
“Job” finalists to Disneyland Resort in June. The most popular videos
included a Princess-in-Waiting, who received more than 70,000 votes and a
Haunted Mansion Butler/Maid who received nearly 50,000 votes. Each winner
will live out their ultimate Disney Dream “Job” in one of the five
categories: Jungle Cruise Skipper, Pirate, Haunted Mansion Butler or Maid,
Princess-in-Waiting and Disney Park Parade Performer.
-The Patina Restaurant Group Coming to Epcot-
Walt Disney Parks and Resorts has selected the Patina Restaurant Group to be
the new operating participant for the restaurant at the Italy Pavilion at
Epcot. The Patina Restaurant Group was one of the original operating
participants at the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort in
Anaheim, starting in 2001. The Patina Restaurant Group is tentatively set to
operate the existing location in an interim form beginning September 1, 2007
with a new restaurant concept scheduled to open Fall 2008.
Naples at DLR (Downtown Disney) is REALLY REALLY good, and the prices are
very reasonable for the portions, so I think this is a good move by Disney.

Well, I for one, think this stinks! Alfredo di Roma is my all time fave
restaurant in Epcot. – Pixie Power

-Second Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique To Open-
On September 10, the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is expanding and will open a
second location inside Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom. The new location
will replace the current King's Gallery store. The castle Boutique is
scheduled to start accepting appointments April 29, 2007 for September 10,
2007 dates and beyond. A reservation is highly recommended and can be made
by calling 407-WDW-STYLE up to 180 days prior to arrival.
I am very excited about this. We would have had to go to DTD before MNSSHP
and now we don't!! I also think going from BBB in the park to Cindy's castle
for meal is much more convienent. – r4kids
I can understand wanting to put BBB in the Castle. However, moving the one
very unique store out is not a solution. There are enough of the
cookie-cutter stores that could have been remodeled to accommodate this
need. - BigRedDad

-Epcot International Food & Wine Festival-
It will be a feast for the eyes as well as the palate during the 12th annual
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, September 28 through November 11,
2007, at Walt Disney World Resort. During the six-week-long festival Future
World and World Showcase will overflow with food, wine and beer experiences.
More than 25 international marketplaces serve tapas-sized portions of
regional specialties from $1.50-$4.50. Recommended wines and beers available
at each international kiosk make for picture-perfect pairings. Park
admission is required unless otherwise noted.
Last year was our first one, and when we got home we immediately began
planning the next one. We'll be there in early November. Can't wait. –
JohnnyJayhawk
We ALWAYS go in Oct. and would not miss the F & W festival. Love to stroll
thru the countries and eat our way "around the World". – pook@wdw

-Nemo Dream Mobile Hits the Road-
As the new Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage is being readied for its June 11
premiere at Disneyland, the Nemo Dream Mobile will be coming out of the
water and onto the road beginning May 4 for a spring-summer tour of the
West. This road-tripping submarine-on-wheels will bring some of the magic of
Disneyland Resort and its new summer attraction to cities in the western
United States and Canada.
How fun would that be to get to drive the sub all over the country!!! –
Disneyluvr2
-Tusker House to Host Two New Buffets!-
Tusker House Restaurant at Animal Kingdom is being converted from a
quick-service restaurant to a buffet restaurant. Beginning November 18th, it
will offer a character breakfast buffet, called Donald's Safari Breakfast,
and a lunch/dinner buffet. Tusker House will be closed from August 20
through November 16, 2007 for the renovations. Donald's Breakfastosaurus
character breakfast at Restaurantosaurus will be discontinued after November
5.
I think it makes sense to move Donald & Co. to Tusker House. I thought
Restaurantasaurus was a little dark and small for the character breakfast.
Tusker House will be more conducive to character interaction and a buffet.

Good news for the Donald Breakfast but bad news that they had to close one
of the best CS options at WDW. – DDuck66

The Easter baskets are put away, the taxes are (hopefully) filed, we
survived a Friday the 13th, let’s take a look back at April in the Water
Cooler:
Jamie’s Friday parties for April began with the Bouncing Around the Bunny
Trail Easter Party (with that yummy Easter Bunny drink), then moved along to
the We’ll Be A-OK Friday Party, the Jelly Belly Jolly Holiday Party, and the
Plenty of Tree Planting Party. If it’s Friday and you’re thirsty, you can
bet that Jamie has something special to (virtually) serve you!
Piglet822’s April celebrations included National Pretzel Day, Read Me Day,
International Jugglers Day, Hairstylists Appreciation Day, Great Poetry
Reading Day, Blah! Blah! Blah! Day, Barbershop Quartet Day, Paul Revere Day
and National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day (did anyone actually participate
in that one?). So, the next time you’re looking for a reason to celebrate,
check out Jeanne’s monthly thread!
Going on a diet? Need advice from other moms about your toddler, baby or
baby-to-be? Looking for a certain recipe or suggestions on what to serve for
that special dinner? Well every month in the Water Cooler we have a club for
each one of these topics. So come post your questions in the Healthy Living
Club, the Moms and New Moms-To-Be Club, and the Cooking with INTERCOT Club.
The Clubs are always stickied at the top of the forum for easy access.
With summer right around the corner and the beginning of the barbecue
season, Bethis26fan asked INTERCOTees what’s your favorite way to have a
burger. RedSoxFan: “I eat my burger (no cheese - yuk) on a buttered toasted
english muffin with sauteed pepper and onions. DH made me one while we were
dating. I thought it was weird -- but it is delicious!!” DisneyDude1977: “My
burger is angus beef topped with salsa, cheddar, and blue cheese.” Thrillme:
“My all time favorite has to be the Royal Red Robin Burger with X-tra
lettuce, X-tra tomatoes, onions, chedder (no american), swiss, a hard fried
egg and mayo on a toasted bun.” Dolpinmickey9170: “My all time favorite has
to be the Royal Red Robin Burger with X-tra lettuce, X-tra tomatoes, onions,
chedder (no american), swiss, a hard fried egg and mayo on a toasted bun.”
So how do you like your burger?
