From what I've been reading and hearing:
- Hoop Dee Doo will be available to book like all ADR's.

- You're supposed to be able to book starting at 6am, but I've read that some people have had luck as early as 5:30am - 5:45am (Eastern)

- In terms of what first, I think you have them in the right order, Space, Olga and Skippers.
