Question Question about putting something up on the Grand Villa Window at BLT..

Im sure its here somewhere but I cant seem to find it. Does anyone know if you can put things up in the windows of the Grand Villas of BLT? I know we've done it other places as long as follow whatever the requirements of the resort but cant for the life of me remember on our past few trips if Ive seen anything in the BLT windows.. I could see things in the rooms but Im not sure if I saw anything actually on the windows..? Our team is in the playoffs and staying at the BLT GV (park view yay!) this year is prob a once in a lifetime opportunity for us & we wanna represent! Thanks!

The current DVC rule is below. As a DVC member I don't like seeing random stuff on balconys and windows so I totally agree with the policy.

"While Disney Vacation Club welcomes the use of safe decorations that don't damage the finishes of the villa, resort leaders are reminding Members that all decorations should be contained within the villa interiors and therefore shouldn't extend to the balcony or other exterior areas.

This policy, included in Members' condominium documents, is designed to help preserve the carefully crafted architectural stories and visual themes for which Disney Parks and Resorts are famous."

We were just there for Christmas and many of the balconies at BLT had garland and lights on the railings. Of all the resorts we visited BLT seems to have the most exterior decorations. I couldn't tell if there was anything on the windows, but we could see many trees that were in the room, as well as lights, garland, and in some cases inflatable decorations on the balconies. Depending on how high up you are I doubt that many guests would even be able to see, or notice, that your window is decorated.

We put a bunch of Halloween stuff up on our windows last time. Just some window clings and some lights. I love seeing how some people decorate their "homes" for the different holidays and such.
