    4. I've only ever been in a car but if the new high speed rail they keep talking about stops at Disney (and why wouldn't it?) I might try it.

    4. We've flown several trips to MCO & used Mears, a private car service & DME, we've driven our van last few trips but we always use WDW transpo once we're onsite!

    Thaddeus I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say Mr. Toad himself, J. Thaddeus Toad and of course Phineas from Phineas & Ferb. Do I get the points?
    28 times to WDW and still going since 1984!! Most recent visit: November/December 2011...Far too long since my last visit! :'(

    1000 miles, 2 hrs by plane, 19 straight hrs by car

    plane

    our family drove once in 1992.. we have been flying ever since!
    Been there, Haven't done it all...GOING BACK!!!

    Next trip "Home" - September 3-10th 2016 at the Beach Club Resort! Giannas 1st trip to WDW!!!

    I live in Wilmington, Delaware.

    2. How far is it from the magic?
    It is 984 miles from Wilmington to WDW.

    3. How do you get to WDW?
    My friends and I fly out of Philadelphia to Orlando, continuing on Disney's Magical Express.

    4. How many different forms of transportation have you used to get to WDW?
    We take a van to get to the airport, an airplane to get to Orlando, and a bus to get to our resort.

    Sorry to break the sad news but we're not getting the high speed rail. The project was cancelled about a month ago by our new governor. Hopefully it will happen someday but it won't be before the next election.
    Carolyn & Nikki - Two sisters whose first visit was the day before the Magic began...and have been hooked ever since!

    Distance: 960 miles (WAY too far!!)

    Transportation: Fly Southwest out of Thurgood Marshall Airport (Baltimore-Washington International [BWI]) to McCoy Airfield (Orlando International [MCO]) then on to Pop Century via Magical Express.
