They did a couple years back...I don't remember looking for them last year. But it hasn't been too long since they introduced new designs. I'm going down next weekend. I'll try to remember to look into it. Hope so! I love 'em!

They did in June 2009. Friends bought them for me at the Disney Store. It is actually easier with a Disney Card though.

They are no longer sold at the disney stores (since springtime)
I am not sure if they still sell them in the parks but if they do, that is your only option to purchase them.
I have about 100.00 that I am bringing down with me today.
