Transportation from Cape Canaveral from Disney

My family (party of 8) and I are spending a week at Disney (God Willing) in October of 2011. We then are cruising out from the Cape the day we leave Disney.

We are using Disney Trans from the airport does Disney have transportation we can use to the Cape? (We are cruising Carnival)

I am also doin that next week. Originally i hired a transportation service and it was about 200 plus tip. Recently i looked at the rent a cars and it worked out cheaper to rent a car than doing the private thing.

We are traveling from the St. Thomas, Virgin Islands so I'm a little nervous about driving on the mainland, but my older sister lived in Ft. Lauderdale for a couple of years and ATL so hopefully she can get us there.
