Opinions Please: Good Off-World Hotels

Does anyone have recommendations for good off-world hotels that are still close the the world?

I saw some places online like the Hilton Orlando and Marriott's Harbour Lake and the Gaylord Palms. I'm sure there are more. I'm wondering about about how long it would take to the MK using hotel transportation vs parking, what the restaurant options are like and level of cleanliness.

My opinion is that if you are going to pay the Hilton or Marriott rates, you might as well stay on Disney Property - you will get so much more for a comparable price.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn (off of exit 68 I think) for two nights before moving to CBR. It was really nice, not expense at all, had discounted breakfast (which we didn't use because we love Dennie's) and a bus service to WDW.

I would suggest Palm Parway as well, there are Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Marriott as well as quite a few restaurants.
