Gotta second the Dolphins in Depth tour at Epcot. My sister and I did it a week ago for her 40th birthday. It was absolutely awesome and well worth the $175 (price may have gone up since I booked). Be sure to book as early as possible because they only do the tour once a day for 8 people. Tour takes about 3 hours. You see backstage at the Seas pavilion and learn a lot about dolphins and conservation. The cast members we had on the tour, Stephanie and Jackie, were fun and knowledgeable. we saw a dolphin research session and then had about 30-40 minutes in the tank with the dolphins. you get a photo of yourselph with a dolphin and a tee shirt, Also, my sister got a certificate "signed" by all the dolphins for her birthday.

If you don't like dolphins, the other tour we did was the segway tour around the World Showcase. That was tons of fun too and, if you are a pin collector, you get a special segway pin not available anywhere else.

Just a note, however, we stayed at the Boardwalk and the International gateway to Epcot doesn't open early. For example, on the day we did the 7:45 am segway tour Epcot was not scheduled to be open until 9am and the international gateway didn't open until 8:30. Boardwalk doesnt run a bus to Epcot (other resorts run earlier buses due to the princess breakfast in Norway). So we had to take a taxi to the front gate in order to get into Epcot in time for the tour.

The tours are really fun, but sadly you have to be at least 16 for most of them (dolphins your 13yo could do, but not segway, keys, or backstage safari).

If I had the money, I would hire a VIP tour guide to take me around MK.

Another thought is to hire a photographer to take pictures of your family at the resort or a park to commemorate your anniversary.
