IT'S A BOY! Baby Giraffe born at Disney's Animal Kingdom
"Bonsu," is a baby giraffe born at Disney's Animal Kingdom in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., to his mother, "Nikki." Bonsu was six-feet-tall and weighed 155 pounds when he was born on Sept. 28. He is the fourth baby giraffe born at Disney's Animal Kingdom this year, and is the 11th giraffe overall to be born at the Walt Disney World theme park since its opening in 1998. "Bonsu" is a name inspired from the Akan language in Ghana and means "biggest and strongest fish in the sea."

When I stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge in May of '08 they had 2 young giraffes.
If I remember correctly one was less than 6 weeks old and the other one was less than 2 years old.
There were really fun to watch. Beautiful Animals!
