Wishes only 2 nights

We visit WDW every year the week after Thanksgiving. I just went online to check the calendar, and they are only doing Wishes 2 evenings out of the week. I know they close the park early the evenings of MVMCP, but they have always done the fireworks right at the posted closing time.

Although that week they're running Fantasmic every night.

I just checked the schedule and Wishes is every night. Are you thinking Fantasmic?

They cancelled Wishes on MVMCP nights.

I always get my park hour info from wdisneyw.co.uk and it is always accurate. According to them, Wishes is every night - even on nights with the party.

I just checked Disney's website. I went to the "calendar" and clicked on each day. The days the park closes at 7:00 p.m. states just the afternoon parade at 3:00 p.m.

I'm hoping I'm wrong...and Disney's site is wrong!

During the Halloween parties, they do not have regular wishes, only the special fireworks... so on the nights the park closes at 7 pm I am guessing they are having the Christmas Parties?...and therefore not have regular Wishes?

I'm pretty sure your being told here that, uh, Wishes is cancelled on MVMCP nights...

When the original December calendar came out, Wishes was scheduled every night (as it has been in past Decembers). However, the WDW calendar has removed Wishes on MVMCP nights. There were posts here (and on other boards) around the time they removed them speculating that Disney was trying to save money by doing this, but all we know for sure is that they are not on the calendar anymore.
