Of the Poly, Refillable Mugs, and Wonderful Kona Coffee!

Question for all of you Poly experts out there …

When we were at the Poly last August, refillable mugs were not available due to Cap’n Cook’s rehab. We are headed back to the Poly again this August, and will definitely be using the refillable mugs.

Can these mugs be used for the wonderful coffee at the Kona Café Express, or are they only valid at Cap’n Cooks?

As far as I know, the mugs are refillable only at Captain Cook's, but if Kona Express is also viable, this will make my day (and if Kona Express were open in the evening hours, I would really be happy). Anyone else have the low-down?
