Value resorts/transportation

Tell me which of the value resorts has the best transportation system/schedule (which hotels share busses with others and might happen to be on the last stop, which ones you've had more problems, etc.)

Pop Century is great. You don't have to share buses with ANY other resort. Sometimes the lines might be long, but the buses roll-in quite frequently. IMHO, the POP buses are outstanding.

Now for the down side of the POP buses. The bus stop in front of the resort isn't covered. I don't know why, but it's not. It gets warm.

With that being said, I think Pop transportation system can't be beat among the value or moderate resorts.

Magicman got it all exactly right. POP has relatively short waits, doesn't share with other resorts and should have covers over the lines.

Well I can only speak about All-Star Music. We've stayed there twice and are going back in June. I have to say that the buses there can be a little unpredictable. Sometimes the buses stop at all 3 of the All-Star resorts. Pick ups and drop offs are done in the following order: Sports, Music then Movies. On busy days they can get pretty crowded. However there are other times when there are individual buses for each resort. I assume this has to do with the time of year and crowds. We've even seen instances where Sports and Music will share a bus and Movies will have it's own.

There were a few occasions last year where we had to wait more than 20 minutes for a bus from the resort which can get frustrating especially when it's hot but I'm sure that happens from time to time at every resort. That's when we just smile and remember where we are!

only give you my impression of one. We stayed at AS Movies last July. We used the buses for MK and EPCOT and had no problems whatsoever with waits t or from. We used a rental car for AK an MGM.
