    Default Flip Flops-any ride restrictions??

I have the most comfortable pair of flip flops. They are called Simple. If you have not tried them you must!
I would liket o wear them in Disney. Are their any ride restrictions? I know at some Amusement parks you can't go on certain rides with flipflops on.
We leave in less than 2 days!!!

You may have to take them off for soaring and put them under your seat so they do not fall off your feet but this is the only ride I can really think of that anything is said about foot ware.

I have a really comfy pair of flip flops that I like to wear in the parks...the only ride I have ever had an issue with is Soarin. Everything else has been no problem at all.

I do bring other shoes though, and change them up over the course of my trip. I find that no matter how comfy one pair is, after more than a couple of days in the same pair I end up with a blister!

I love to wear my flip-flops at WDW. The only ride that they even mention footwear is Soarin'. They ask you to take your flip-flops and other loose fitting shoes off and place them in the net under your seat or leave them on the floor beneath your seat.

I wore flip-flops on Soarin and nothing was said to me about taking them off. They stayed on my feet.

Thanks. I remember now my son having to put his shoes under his seat on Soarin last trip.

The CMs missed them. Flip flops should be removed and either packed under your seat, or left on the floor. If they did fall off, they could have hit someone.

Soarin' is the only ride that you have to take your shoes off when wearing flip-flops, but I would definately suggest being careful wearing them. It rains frequently in the afternoons in Florida, just enough to wet the pavement and there are many slippery surfaces. Working at Mission: Space I've seen quite a few slip and falls and even a broken bone from people wearing flip-flops and slipping on wet areas. So, just be very careful with them, even areas that look like they have some tread can still be dangerous!
