Still don't get flags and flowers.. Why would flags be in a plant bed?

JP, may I be quick to point out, the flags are on a light post. If you can find a picture with small flags in a flower bed, I MIGHT change over to believing these small FLOWERS are flags. But for now, I am staying strong with flowers!

Flags aren't always attached to lamp posts... Sometimes they can be flag poles that can be in the ground, flower beds, etc...

Sorry, that proves nothing.

I know the flags are everywhere I have seen them, although never in groups of that many at one time. Sorry, but I don't believe VMK added them to it's Epcot room. If they did, that is the worst possible rendition I have ever seen.

If I had to choose.. still looks like a flower! The little pointy things, if you put them together, looks like the petals of a flower.
