FAMILY MAGIC EXPERIENCE

We're planning on taking the family magic tour as our flex feature,just wondering if its worth doing and would be fun for a 13 and 3 year old. Please help,thanks.

The 3-year-old will love it.

The 13-year-old, well that depends how self-conscience the child is. And we all know that 13-year-olds are never self-conscience.

It depends on whether or not it will bother him/her them to be doing very silly things out in public.

Another thing is that you and your spouse need to get into it. My wife and I did all the silly things and we had a blast.

We have done the Family Magic Tour with an almost 5 year old...I don't know how mature your 3 year old is but this does include a lot of walking all over the Magic Kingdom. Some parents did put their kids in strollers but you miss some of the "active" fun if you're riding. My son loved the tour.

Also, I don't know if your 13 year old is a boy or a girl, and the point about them being self-conscious is very true as you will be expected to make a spectacle of yourself several times during this trip. I'm afraid most 13 year olds will consider this pretty hokey.

That being said, my 38 year old DH HATED it and wished I had not paid for him to go. he considered it a waste of money since it is focused very much on the kids and he felt more like a chaperone than a participant.

I enjoyed it as did my son...but moms will do lots of silly stuff for their kids, right?
