    Question

are there enough towels to use your room towels at the pool and still have dry towels for showering? And while we are on towels--what do you do about towels at the water parks? Can you tell I am a first timer?

    Cool

    Greetings,

At the resorts they usually have towels at the pool. We stayed at Port Orleans, Fort Wilderness, and CBR and we were always able to just take a towel at the pool. As far as the water parks go, I'm not really sure as we always bring our beach towels with us.

    Enjoy --Tory

    Hi coopy and ToraTory,
they charge a "nominal" fee to rent towels AT THE WATER PARKS. I think it is one or two dollars per towel(?).

if you do not recognize the name it is because I am new. I have had a so much fun reading everyones ideas, suggestions, opinions and helpful hints. Everyone is so nice. I hope I can make equally positive and helpful contributions.

There may not be enough towels in your room for pool and shower use, but I believe you can get towels when you're down at the pool. If not, simply call the front desk and request more towels. They're very responsive.

Each pool will have towel carts available for your use. Just take a fresh one when you get there and deposit into the "dirty" bin when you're done.

As for the water parks, I have only been to Typhoon Lagoon, but did not pay for towel usage there either.

We never take our room towels to the pool or the water parks.

Each pool has towels available and a place to return the used towels near the pool when you are ready to leave. At most of the pools, you just grab what you need. At the Beach Club, we had to show proof that we were guests to use the pool and to obtain towels. I'm not sure if any of the other resorts require this proof. They didn't check when we were at the Poly this year.

As noted earlier, there is a nominal fee for towels at the water parks. Towels can be obtained at the same desk where you rent lockers. There are bins for the used towels on your way out.

I think for the All Stars you have to bring your own towel, right? I've never seen a towel cart there.

And you can always ask housekeeping for additional towels, if needed.

I think at most of the resorts, they provide towels, such as CBR and PO-R. If you need more towels, call housekeeping.

I leave a note for house keeping and never had a problem with extra towels.
