charges to room with cash deposit?

can you charge purchases to your room if you leave a cash deposit if you do not have a credit card?

Yes I believe you can. I know I have given them Disney Dollars at check-in and they put them on my room for me to charge against.

I also gave them a credit card but I'm sure if you gave them cash they would give you a credit limit equal to the amount you gave them.

Yes you can. You can send extra money in towards your room or you can give them cash at checkin. Each day, you can get a read out of what you have spent so far. You can always add more cash. Then, all you need to buy anything is your room ID card.

WOW! This is GREAT! I didn't know you could do this! It will make things easier for us to set a spending limit and stick to it. If you decide that you want to give cash and have a limit, do you still have to give them a credit card? If someone could answer that, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

We went in June and stayed at the Wilderness
Lodge. I had sent money ahead and had a
credit balance when we arrived. I had to
leave a credit card imprint anyway. I don't
know if the CM was mistaken or that was the policy.
