Has anyone called merchandising to order something from shops in parks? How does it work?

Just call (407)363-6200 and tell them what you are looking for. They look for it and if they find it, they ship it to you.

Simple as that.

I have always found them to be very helpful. It amazes me that they can track stuff down with the thousands upon thousands of items the sell throughout the resort.

Be aware that shipping is quite expensive, and they don't accept the DC discount anymore. I ordered a baseball cap last month and shipping was almost half of the cost of the cap.

Is there a website to see what some of the things they offer?

I don't know of one. You can include a description,the store and approximate price if you remember. That will help them track it down.
