Default Space 220 reservations and restaurant vs. lounge

I noticed that you can now make these reservations online. And I noticed that you can book the lounge OR the restaurant. Has anyone opted for the lounge? Is the experience still good? Just curious about feedback.

I don't think many folks have had experience here... when we last talked, Ian suggested trying to do standby for the lounge but the wait was too long that day.

So I would say it depends what part of the experience you are most interested in. The lounge is in the restaurant "220 miles above Earth", so you do get the elevator ride and the whole space station atmosphere. From what I understand you also get access to the menu, but you have to sit at the bar. I'm also not 100% sure if it's the full menu, the same menu, or more of a bar menu.

If you want the full experience of eating there then no, the lounge won't do that. If you just want to get up there and check out the view then yeah it's definitely the way to go.
