    Post Ticket changes

We have 2 adult 5-day park hopper tickets which exp 9/29/2021. We had to move our trip to Nov 2-7, 2021. Do I have to call to take care of this? And if I do, what is the phone number to use? I would like to be able to make park reservations ASAP. TIA!

Due to the fact that your tickets have an expiration date of 9/29/2021 and you do not plan on going until Nov. 2-7, 2021, you may be out of luck. But, you should still call and see if/what you can do.

If you have questions about when your tickets will expire, please ask at a Guest Relations location at Walt Disney World Resort or call (407) 939-1289. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

I certainly hope you can get some satisfaction when you call. Good luck!!

What happens when they "expire" without being used is you will have a credit equal to what you paid for those tickets which you can apply to purchasing new tickets and the current pricing. Just call guest services and they will handle it and get you new tickets and you will need to pay the difference in pricing. I actually have some on my account that expired that I asked this exact question about. The funny thing is, there is no way for us to see them on our MDE account unless they have added that functionality recently. You just have to remember it and then call or go to guest services and get them to use the credit towards new tickets.
