I would assume that you would need a current FL Drivers License and/or current utility bills statements for your FL address.

I moved to Florida in June 2017. My wife moved here 6 months later. Literally closed on the house in another state, loaded a U-Haul with essentials (for the apartment) and drove all night. One day later, we went to Disney for a week. Trying to get my wife a Florida resident AP was like pulling teeth. I had to escalate to three levels of supervision. Showed my FDL, Emails from closing documents, and U-haul rental emails. They would not budge until I insisted on going up to the 4th level,of supervision.

When my daughter was at FIT in Melbourne, she was able to use her bank statements. She just took two months worth to the ticket window along with her passport and she was able to get her annual pass.
