    Default Fort Wilderness Questions

Hi, so my wife and I have been considering a long weekend in Ft Wilderness using the smallest campsite, and we're curious as to

1- What's the restroom and shower situation there in COVID times? Are the comfort stations being cleaned more often, and

2- Would there be issues showing up with an SUV and a rooftop tent as opposed to an RV?

I've only heard good reports about the comfort stations during Covid, but hopefully someone with first-hand experience will be along shortly.

I've personally never seen a roof top tent at FW, but that doesn't mean there hasn't been some. The only worry about being on an RV site is that there is less place/no place to anchor it down as needed.

Haven't seen anyone in a rooftop tent... but we were just there this last week and the comfort stations are EXCEEDINGLY clean. We regularly go to Corps of Engineers campgrounds and a local state park campground - they were satisfactory, but the Disney ones 'sparkle'.
