Today I came across a tumblr post that mentioned heights of people hired to play different characters. Not sure on the rule about posting links on Intercot but it was the Disney Trivia tumblr page that posted it. Thought it would be fun to have a look:

I'm around average height for a man at 5'9" and it looks like I'd have unknowingly made things difficult for myself by being that exact height. Too tall for most of the costumes, not tall enough for the tall costumes and literally an inch away from being royalty!

I could hypothetically be Eeyore, Bert or Jack Sparrow though. :-p

That being said, we met the SHORTEST Minnie Mouse ever on our last trip. DD asked if I grew, or if Minnie shrank ... it was a little strange.

I'm in a similar spot as you Giggy. 5'10". Too tall for short and to short for tall!

I'm too tall for any of the female characters, but I could be Tigger .... Or a prince. �� . My oldest son is too tall to be ANY of them! Even Woody!

Of course, we all understand that this is fictional information. When we meet a character in the parks, we are meeting the character, not some actor portraying the character.

These heights are about half correct and half completely off base.
Most notably Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Peter Pan, Lilo, Stitch, Alice, and Wendy being incorrect.
Oftentimes trivia pages are out of date or get their information confused since Disney World and Disneyland have different requirements than say Tokyo or Hong Kong.
