Disneyland Fall Fun - Official Meet Schedule

So what is everyone doing the 1st day? (10/21/14) I know there are no official meets scheduled. Dawn and I should be at the parks by 1pm if all goes smoothly. That night we are eating at 5:30pm at Wine Country Trattoria with World of Color viewing at 8:15pm. Before then and after, we have no plans, just gonna wing it.

We are arriving whenever we arrive (10/21/14). We also have a dining package for the 8:15pm WOC presentation, but ours is a 2:00pm lunch reservation at Carthay Circle. Our only plans other than that are to, at some point in time, get checked in to our room and unpack. Knowing me I'll probably throw a nap in there somewhere.

No plans really. Just getting there, getting settled in our Villa, going to the grocery store, etc. The first day is kinda crazy, and dictated by how we feel after flying cross country.

I'll be flying in on that Tuesday, checking into my hotel, and probably doing a trip to DTD. I've not visited the one there, yet. My first park activities won't be until the party on Wednesday. I plan on getting there as early as allowed.

Our first day will be crazy for sure. Added to everything Mel said, we need to do arts and crafts for our costumes and decorate our villa.

One rule; please do not compare the parks, castle, party etc. We girls are a little protective of Walt's park. Disneyland is Disneyland.

I'm thinking we will be at the hotel around noon, if not before. Checking in, and getting some lunch is about all I have planned.

I'm sure my feet will hit a park at some point, but as this is DL, and unlike WDW, we don't have to plan every second of every day, I'm going to just go with it.

I'm bad about this but in REVERSE! I poo poo wdw the whole time I'm there and then when I get home, I backhand wdw and say "why can't you be more like your older sister!!"

I've been so busy the last couple of months, I almost forgot about this. Between my crazy work schedule, and my wife leaving the country on business for a couple of weeks during the time of the event ... I think the only time I'll be able to meet and stay the day, is on Friday, the 24th. If possible, you can add me to the lunch list.

If anyone wants to meet during the day that week. I can probably stop by for a couple of hours, since I mostly work in the late afternoon and evenings. Leave me a PM. I'm just 12 miles from the park.
