I can't speak for Donald's Safari, but we love Crystal Palace for the food, the location and the Pooh Crew. Now I would imagine that with Donald present in his character meal, the potential for embarrassing character interaction is better with him.

Personally, I prefer Crystal Palace.

These are my two favourites - either will be AWESOME!!
Which characters does she/you prefer? For character interaction, I'd go with Crystal Palace.
Either way - enjoy!

These are the only two character breakfasts my boys will go too. I like the different variety of foods offered at Donald's Safari but IMO the character interaction and setting at Crystal Palace is better. Can't go wrong either way.

I would skip it for lunch and make dinner reservations instead. If it were me, I'd be too full from breakfast to even think about lunch, especially eating at a buffet.

I ended up with Crystal Palace for breakfast as our last main meal before we leave. DH had to have those pineapple egg rolls and dinner at Yak and Yeti for our TS at AK.
I also booked Chef Mickeys for dinner our first full day, so 2 character meals is plenty. And I sacrificed a TS so we could go to Spirit of Aloha since none of us ever went to a dinner show before.
