MDE App on phone

When I originally downloaded the app months ago, it worked fine. Now, when I click on it, a pop up indicates that it is unable to download the application?? When I click retry, the popup appears again. Any suggestions?

Hi Dream'nDisney...Have you tried to force close the app and retry it again? Sometimes when an app misbehave it's always helpful to force close it and try again. Force closing an app is different based on the type of phone you have. APPLE or Android.

Thanks for the suggestion. I couldn't force it to close, but what I finally had to do was uninstall it and reinstall it. It seems to be working fine now.
