Training at WDW

Hi, just wondering where the best place to run on property is. On my august trip, my boys will both need to train a bit. They are runners on scholarship and will return to university a week after our trip. They need to keep up their training.
We are staying at all star movies. One of my boys will need to get in some 10km runs, the other some shorter runs. I don't remember seeing many sidewalks nearby.
What about Wide Wolrd of Sports? Can they use the track there? That would help my one son who sprints.
Any ideas??
