Government Shut Down

Does anyone know if the government shut down will effect airlines and cruises? I have been looking around and can't get a good answer.

Saw that National Parks, museums, and some other things will be closed but haven't been able to find a complete list yet.

No.... All essential government employees (I.E. air traffic controllers, TSA) will still be working... at least, at first..

Airlines and cruise lines are privately owned and run so they will not be closed if the govt shuts down. As stated above, TSA and Air Traffic will still be working too--but whether they will be fully staffed is another question.
