I'm guessing you're asking about the difference between a 2 bedroom lock-off unit and a dedicated 2 bedroom?

The lockoff unit is a 1 bedroom which includes access to a studio adjacent to it to make the 2 bedrooms.

The dedicated 2 bedroom has 2 bedrooms within the same unit and does not include the additional studio features.

A 2-bedroom lock-off is a One bedroom and studio combined. Hence, you can lock the second bedroom off from the other portion of the villa if you so desired.

Also, the second bedroom would have a queen bed, sofa and mini kitchenette, as opposed to 2 queen beds found in the regular 2-bedroom villa.

The only 2 bedrooms with three bathrooms are BLT and AKL. IMO when traveling with a party large than 4 this really comes in handy.

Grand Californian Villas also have the bathroom in the living area as well. This is only offered in the newer resorts. It has nothing to do with a lock off.
