Last year it was June. Previous years it had been April when they released it.

Honestly, who knows? I thought they wouldn't do it the last couple of years and they did. They did not offer it this spring as they have previously, but I don't know if that means anything for the fall. It really is a wait and see issue this year. Though I think there's plenty of better deals even if they don't offer it.
