Could have been a disabled/guest needing assistance rather than a "technical difficulty," unless, of course, you refer to those minor stoppages as "technical difficulty" as well.....

Yes - and the voice was done by Leota Toombs Thomas - who also is the face of both Madame Leota and Little Leota.
The voice of Madame Leota is provided by Eleanor Audley, who also provided voice for Maleficent (in "Sleeping Beauty") and Lady Tremaine (the "evil stepmother") in "Cinderella".

Last time I was on HM, I got stopped in front of the Opera singer at the end of the graveyard scene for about a half hour.
No cool photo ops there xD
