Best Disney Cartoon of all time?

What, in your opinion, is the best animated Disney cartoon? This is not including Pixar.

I really like all of them but the one that stands out to me at the moment is The Goofy Movie, I love the humor and subtle hints at other Disney characters (Mickey Mouse makes a few cameo appearances). But my favorite classic would have to be Cinderella or Beauty and the Beast.

My favorite cartoon is Mickey and the Beanstalk! I don't think that would be an animated feature so to speak, but it's not really a cartoon short either. But I love it!
