Yes it is called the Cantina de San Angel. It was very good last time we were there!
Enjoy!

Is that the one across from the Mexico building, more or less alongside the lake? I might have to give it a go next trip, I've taken a recent liking to Mexican.

We love this place! If you go at lunchtime, just know that there is seating available INDOORS at the TS restaurant. The TS place is only open for dinner, but they are "open" at lunch time for overflow seating and it's air conditioned!

Also if you're just interested in a snack there is a little Tequilla/Margarita/Chips and Dip (Guac, Queso, Salsa) place inside Mayan structure, just across from the TS resturant. It's not a CS meal and the room is small so it can get tight, but it is good for a snack and we left full.
