When did Pecos Bill's become Pecos Bill?

So, I'm fumbling through some historic maps of the Magic Kingdom, and something caught my eye.
On the maps for 1981 and earlier, the counter-service joint is listed as Pecos Bill's.
On the 1998 map, it is listed as Pecos Bill.

So when, oh mighty historians, did Pecos Bill's become Pecos Bill.

And for bonus points: Why?

Great question. I'm guessing 90% of people won't care or didn't notice- but I'm in the minority!

Well ...I don't believe it was there for the park opening in 1971, I checked a guide from that day and it was not on there(this was not a map). They came out with the typical maps shortly after that year, I believe, and it is shown. So it's possible it opened shortly after Opening Day but has been there since the first year of operation.
