Just about every TS restaurant (minus buffets) will offer sandwiches at lunchtime.

Downtown Disney has Earl of Sandwich, which is, as you can guess, mostly sandwiches (good ones!).

As for CS, we had an EXCELLENT sandwich at Roaring Forks in the Wilderness Lodge. Most resort CS have some pretty good sandwiches. In the parks, Magic Kingdom has a few locations with good sandwiches. Epcot has good sandwiches at Sunshine Seasons food court in the Land. DHS has good sandwiches at Starring Rolls Bakery.

    - The Grand Floridian cafe

    - the Plaza in MK.

    - The counter service in Norway

    - Starring Rolls in HS has sandwiches.

    - Earl of Sandwich at DTD

Second the scifi, I like the turkey sandwich on whole wheat for something lighter. The melon salad is good.

Earl of Sandwich is awesome and you can easily share one of those sandwiches.

Columbia harbor house is one of my favorite CS period.
