Default Good places toe at while having dietary restrictions

Due to a perforated gastric ulcer earlier this year, I primarily have to eat a high residue diet (think high fiber). I do best with beef, veggies and fruit. Absolutely cannot do things like bread or pancakes. Which restaurants would you recommend? Could be counter service or sit down.
I'll meet you at the Rainbow Bridge.

You might try someplace like Cape May. They always have those 3 items.

For TS you can't go wrong with Goofy's Kitchen since that is a buffet and you can choose what you like. The same for Storyteller's Cafe dinner, they offer a buffet.

For counterservice, most places offer salads. I know they have a roastbeef lunch/dinner at the French Market in New Orleans Square. You could request for them to leave off the potatoes.

PM me to get a link for the Disneyland menus.

The Bengal BBQ(is that what it's called? LOL) in AdventureLand has beef, chicken, or grilled veggie kabobs. Also the new dining place(not sure of the name either) in California Adventure has meat kabobs also.

There are also the fruit carts all around where you can get fresh fruit.
