"The Lion King" to be shown in 3D

Just been to see Car2 3D and there was a trailer for the forthcoming release of The Lion King in 3D.

The Lion King is by far my favourite Disney animation. We've got all of the DVDs (including the special collectors edition) and seen the musical stage version 8 times. The 3D version looked absolutely brilliant and I can't wait for its release to the cinemas in the UK

The movie itself has really cleaned up well, and looks brilliant in HD. I think a lot of people are going to be really happy with this one...

Just seen the 3D version and WOW! It was like looking through a window at the savannah

2 minor criticisms:

• The sub-woofers were weak (the elephant steps and the boom when the "The Circle of Life" title appears)
• The original version without the song "Mornin' Report"

Apart from that nzuri sana (swahili for very good)!
