Who is the rarest character you have ever met?

I have been going to disney world for a very long time and have met some rare characters.I wanted to know who have you met?

The rarest ones I have met were Clarabell Cow and Horace Horsecollar. That was back in Feb 2011 when Disneyland had their rare characters return for several weekends.

Megara (Meg) from Hercules. It was about 8 years ago. Got the autograph and picture to be polite but I just wish we would have known who she was back then. We got the movie shortly after and it's now one of our family's favorites. REALLY wish we could meet her again!!!

These all are so rare! I forgot to mention before that the rarest i've met are Stromboli (from Pinocchio) and Maleficant.

They are not around much anymore but I'm not sure these are considered rare:

My DD (4) had a sweet, wordless connect with an Ewok by S.T. I don't know if they are "rare" but I haven't seen any since.I got it on tape though. Sooo cute.
Seeing Goofy, Pluto, Micky and Minnie in Space
Suits was really cool.

I think a lot of it boils down to just how long you have been going to the parks. Characters like Darkwing, Kermit, Bowler Hat Guy, even Rhino or Mittens, would certainly be considered rare now but
they were once out every day at least for a while. We started going regularly about 8 years ago and the Chicken Little's, Robinsons, Robin Hood's, etc...have dissapeared.

We recently moved, and I was just going through some old albums and found a pic of me with Roger Rabbit from the early 90s. I'd forgotten I met him! And at Epcot of all places.

We've met Launchpad McQuack, all the Robin Hood characters, Gov. Ratcliff, John Smith. Getting to go to Tokyo, we've seen some great ones there - Bernard and Bianca, all the Dwarfs individually, Indiana Jones, Clarice, Eric, Max, Chef Louie, Jafar, creepy 'masked' Fairy Godmother, Three Little Pigs. The best part of Tokyo is the cool costumes you don't see here in the States.

Prince Caspian is one for sure! Not sure if he is there anymore, but I actually had a good talk with him on that trip!

Suzy is used in training often but would be considered at least hard to find.
Bolt is also used in training some, but less than Suzy so he is certainly rare.
The Queen of Hearts, Jafar, Evil Queen, and Meeko are available off and on at different parties and at times in various places, but they are uncommon as well.
Prince Capian as stated earlier is gone and will probably never be back, so he is beyond rare now.
Pinocchio can be found in the Town Sqaure but that may have changed......
But really like you said all that matters is the fact that YOU are excited to find them.
