I read through the responses (which made me hungry for desert!)...but now that I'm about to type, I'm finding it very hard to pick!! So I'm going with one from each park. And a resort.

MK - Dole Whip. Hands down.
Epcot - Maple Creme Brulee at Le Cellier, School Bread in Norway, or the Napoleon from France (that's sort of like choosing one, right?)
AK - Mango Pie at Yak and Yeti
HS - I don't really have one that I *have* to have, but I do enjoy dad's brownie sundae at 50s Primetime and eventually I'd like to try the grapefruit cake at Brown Derby.
Resorts - Any of the deserts at Boma (or the tie-dyed cheesecake at Pop).

Yeah, that was sorta like one from each park...Apparently I'm a bit of a sweets addict!

It's kind of funny, but I've been obsessing over a dessert that I've never even had before: Tie Dye Cheesecake. I saw it when I was researching Pop Century to see if I wanted to stay there next year, and the cheesecake convinced me that I do. I can't wait to try it!!!

    Darthmacho-

Yes! The tie-dyed cheesecake is delicious. Definitely try it on your next trip. I'm planning on trying to make some at home because I don't have a next trip planned yet and we didn't get a chance to head over to Pop to get some on my last trip.

And it is super good! I think half of the appeal is that it is so colorful - it satiates your childhood urge to eat playdoh!

1st time I ever tried bread pudding was at O'Hana. Almost ate the whole thing myself!! And the waffle bowl sundae from the Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street.

I second this! Had it for the first time this past May and it was AAAHHHHH-mazing! I wish I had some right now!

Some of my other favorites are the bread pudding at 'Ohana, the almond-crusted cheescake at Narcoossee's, wonton skewers at Yak & Yeti, and tie dye cheesecake at Everything Pop! Yum!

Just off the top of my head, The California Grill had a banana dessert that was incredible. Ghiradellis sundays are amazing, and the kitchen sink at beaches & cream was good but be warned it turns to a soupy mess in about 10 minutes.

I hear a lot of people say they love the Zebra Domes at Boma, and also the Grapefruit Cake at The Brown Derby. Although good, neither of those lived up to my expectations for them.

I'm looking forward to trying the Kitchen Sink Sundae during our upcoming trip!

Used to get key lime pie at GF at the buffet but not sure if they have it anymore.

Not sure I can pick a favorite but I love the choices at Kona and California Grill.

    And Dole Whip!
