New DCA Lounge and Dining Announced

That was a welcome announcement. I think a lot of people were hoping the Carthay Circle Theater would have at least come kind of restaurant inside it.

They have needed this level of a restaurant since they closed the Bistro (imho). I'm very happy to hear about the new restaurant and lounge.
